Welcome to Greater Copenhagen – and welcome to International Citizen Days, which is part of Welcome September.

Taking place in the very heart of Copenhagen each year, International Citizen Days bring together public authorities, private organisations and local communities for endless inspiration on housing, job and social life through a carefully curated fair together with talks, debates and activities relevant to all newcomers.

Can I bring my family?

Yes, you can bring your family - there will be acitivities for all ages and even a kids' corner for the youngest.

Do I need to sign up for the events in the programme?

Once you have signed up for the main event International Citizen Days you have access to all events, talks and activities. However, you are highly encouraged to sign up for the individual talks and events in the programme in order to ensure a seat.

When does Internation Citizen Days take place?

International Citizen Days takes place on 24 & 25 September 2021 in DGI-Byen.

Friday afternoon and evening is focused on Job & Career and you can meet organisations within this area, hear talks and mingle with other expats.

Saturday is the main event day with activities, events, talks and debates about Housing & Banking, Job & Career and Culture & Leisure. Meet more than 60 organisations and visit their booths for a talk, tips and knowledge on how to settle in Denmark. Bring your whole family as there will also be activities for children.
