In an oldtram depot between the lakes and the beautiful Nansensgade district, Kulturhuset Indre By offers everything from cultural events for children and adults of all ages, to sports fields, skating rinks and meeting facilities.

Kulturhuset Indre By is going through a change of brand at the moment and we are working on creating a cultural profile focusing on sustainability, community and health. Our event profile will be everything from recycling workshops, dance lessons, theatre to talks, arts and get-togethers.

Kulturhuset Indre By also has its own café called DEPOT. Depot is both a café and a radio, and they also make cool events especially focusing on community.

In January we'll open a local temporary recycling station outside the culture house for atrial period of two years. The station will be a social place, where we offerworkshops and events circulating around upcycled textile, repairs and exchange.
