Willy Kofoed is Head of It Operations & Security in the Department of the Danish Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries and vicechairman for the eGov Commitee in the Danish IT Assocation. For several years he has been Head of It in different governmental agencies. He has masterdegrees in science and in public administration.
